On Sunday at Al-Istiqlal University in Jericho, the Training and Development Institute in partnership with Gender Department at the National Security held a workshop for the seniors of all majors.
Brig.Rana AlKhouli, the direcor of Gender Department at National Security delivered a lecture about several concepts as gender, integrating gender in security institutions, and overcoming the gender differences at the same location, position, and major at security institutions.
The cadets were participated actively during the lecture and the discussion was about the necessity of integrating gender in security institutions especially female’s role and the success achieved at security institutions after 2005.
Dr. Majdi Serdah, the direcor of Training and Development Institute organizes periodical workshops in several fields relevant to the graduates and qualifying them.
